COVID-19 Updates

In ALL cases, please call us at (914) 769-4502 when you arrive in our parking lot.

EXAMS: We are allowing one client to accompany their pet into the exam room. Masks are required. Call when you arrive in the parking lot, and we will bring you in when the exam room is cleaned and available. Curbside service is also available. 

TECH APPOINTMENTS (anything that does not require an exam: split vaccines, anal glands, nail trims, bloodwork, etc): Call when you arrive and a staff member will come out to retrieve your pet as soon as we are ready for them. 

MEDICATION/FOOD PICK-UP: Call when you arrive and we will bring the item(s) out to your car.
